Cutting Down on TV

Less TV is good. Cutting down on something that contributes to brain rot is welcome as I age even if it is a involuntary reduction. There are few English channels on cable. Half are headline news, something I stopped watching decades ago. The other half are crap. Makes it an easy diet to follow.

Compared to my time in the Phils, I find I’m writing more (only some of which makes it onto the blog), studying Spanish a lot more, exercising and stretching a lot more, and reading more.

Two things haven’t changed: socializing, and listening to podcasts. I expect the former hasn’t changed because this nerd needs only so much social interaction.
