Last event of the opening ceremony of this year’s King’s Cup Elephant Polo tournament was the jumbo buffet. Pineapples, bananas, sugar cane, cukes, watermelons, papayas, corn and what looked like palm fronds were on the menu.
They grabbed the corn first.
This one had a strategy for when the corn ran low.
I had no idea that an ear of corm made such a satisfying crunch when its flattened in a single chomp.
