Lakeside Dining in Mae Hong Son

The Piya Guesthouse is across the street from a lake. Didn’t influence my choice because Google showed it was a cement pond.

Skipping lunch meant an early dinner, so the night market next to lake was still setting up. Finished dinner, burped, and wandered across the street to what I expected was a generic night market. Wrong.

Between the vendor carts and the lake were mats and low tables. Seems less comfortable than the usual night market seating but there is a view. With lights.

I know where I’ll be eating dinner tomorrow.
